Hello Sir,
I need to report a cyber financial fraud of 4 Lacs from my father's Account.
My father 'Sunil Kumar Srivastava' , tried to order a pizza from Zomato App through SBI Net Banking.
When the pizza was not delivered and amount of 179 Rs was deducted, he called on the customer care number of Zomato provided on google.
The customer care person, asked to download 'Any desk' App to get the refund. He downloaded the app and the person asked my father to go to his net banking and check the refund status.
After that around 3 PM, my father got notified that various debit transactions has been done and account has been deducted by following amounts:
1: 50,000/-
2: 50,000/-
3: 99,998/-
4: 1,00,000/-
5: 1,00,000/-
6: 10,000/-
Total 4,10,000/-
When my father called the SBI Toll free number to block the payment, they told him that the payment has already been processed to one97 communication ltd!
We have filed the cyber complain and below are the details:
