I ordered a Flipkart Perfect Homes Sheesham Wood Four Seater CNC Designed Dining Set For Dining Room/ Restaurant || Solid Wood 4 Seater Dining Set on 23rd of May and received a product on 29th of the same month. upon arrival I found the product not only mismtch in color bur also damadged. I intiate return on the very same day and got response from the flipcart that the product will be picked up within 4 days . Next day I got a msg from their vendor that they are going to pick up the product but they never show up. We got shocked in the evening that flipcart cancel the return without any pripor communication. We contaceted the call center and again intitiate the returned and GUESS WHAT!!!! the same story... they say that the product will be picked up within 4 days . Next day I got a msg from their vendor that they are going to pick up the product but they never show up. this same CON continues 2 more time . After that we decided to go with the Consumer forum and registered a case.
