Reliance has launched a combo pack in which he was providing data usage and Reliance to Reliance Rs 0.100 call rate. But only call rates were changed but they didn't given me free internet data. Don't know what this company wants from its users.

Reliance has lost its business ethics completely. They are cheating people and taking their money. I have faced the bad customer care services, I would suggest port to other n/w.

It had happened with me many times so finally decided to port my SIM and now worries of other service activation. Reliance had charged my for services which I never activated, I have lost around 2k rupees. Reliance should be banned for these things now.

I am facing this problem too but there is no solution as such. You will call to customer care they will register your complaint but do nothing.

You should register an complaint in nearby police station, they will ask you the EMI no. the gadget and will find it out inless period of time.

Will really help him to resolve the problem.

Always Increase in quantity of an item just decreases its quality. This is the same case of Samsung. In the race of releasing new phones , they are neglecting the quality of their phones.

I am totally agree with you. I too have experienced the same thing. I bought few items from Flipkart, Myntra only after getting the reviews on that particular product.

If costumer care is not solving your problem then send a mail to 121@airtel.com giving information about your problem. They will send you a reply with the solution.

You were buying the shoes,so why don't you used COD. The COD is applicable for purchase of items less than 10,000. I also ordered a pair of shoes but from :blush:. On the very next day the shoes were in my hands.

Kiran you should keep in mind that before making an order you should surf till satisfaction over the internet. Now the problem seems like you have to wait. You cant cancel the order.
