Xolo cheating me by not repairing or replacing the malfunctioning phone.

Dear Sir/Madam
I bought Xolo A 600 mobile on July 2nd in Puducherry. Within 10 days i was facing touch screen problem.The problem became worst at the month end.So i submitted the handset to Multitech services(XOLO authorized service center)on Aug 02nd.They gave me a complaint notification receipt and asked me to wait for 25 days.

Two weeks later(Aug 14 th)i received an SMS from Xolo to collect my phone from service center.They told that they replaced entire circuit inside.I switched it on, in service center itself .Again it showed the same touchscreen problem symptoms.So i submitted the phone again and they registered new complain and gave me Ref no through SMS ON Aug 16 Th.

I spoke with Xolo Marketing manager Mr.Narayan(09838006618) to replace new handset or to refund my money.He promised me to give new handset in 10 Days.
After 10 days he is also not receiving my phone calls.

Xolo company is not responding properly either in phone(1800-30-100-104)Or by mail(care@xolo.in)

I kindly request you to involve in this concern to resolve my problem.
