Worst service ever order ID - 100650927 - Urgent.. {Samsung}

I placed my order on 13th of this month (s9 plus") and I still haven’t got any update on my product.
Every time I call the support, they saying it will take 24 to 48 hours..
Even in nearby shops, showroom mobiles are available and what’s the point of doing pre booking??????
Being a Samsung user for 6 years am getting worst response.
Even today, no update and I lost a trust whether I will get my product or not.
In website, it says processing and I never got any messages.

in customer service, none of them responding and they keep saying issue with backend team and no update at all..
i never seen such a worst service ever.. i feel like never ever go for samsung again
