WAY TO FILE IN CONSUMER COURT FOR REFUND NOT RECEIVED FROM ZOPOMOBILES.IN

Dear sir,

I am Rakesh from cochin, Kerla

This Zopo is in Delhi, please advice where i have to complaint either in consumer court in police station to get my refund.



I HAVE ORDERD ZOPO ZP980 MOBILE PHONE AND FLIP COVER WORTH RS.21099/- ON 16TH AUG 2013 AND THEY ARE TELLING ONE BY ONE REASON FOR NON DELIVERY OF THE PHONE. EX. PHONE IS IN CHINE AND ON THE WAY, ONE WEEK HOLIDAY IN CHINA, THE PARTICULAR MODEL GET ROM PROBLEM COMPANY IS RESOLVING.
I CANCELLED MY ORDER ON 28-10-13 AND THEY TOLD ME REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED IN 8-10 DAYS. AFTER THAT THEY ARE NOT TAKING THE PHONE, THEY ARE REPLYING MAIL THAT OUR TEAM IS WORKING HARD TO PROCESS REFUND AND FORWARDED TO PAYTM FOR FURTHER PROCESS, BUT TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND


PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARDS

Just check out the terms & conditions you've received when you purchased the product. Otherwise site terms should dictate. In that location isn't mentioned. So you should be able to file complaint in your local consumer forum.
