I wrota a complient to DATAWIND as follows.Please solve my issue.
Dear Sir,
My mobile backdore was damaged at that time of receiving the goods. I have never compliened on that issue. But one month back my mobile screen changed in whitish colour.Remaing condition is fit.That damaged was happened while i put my mobile in my tight jeans pant in travelling. After reaching my destination i observed that my mobile is swithed off. I was tried to restart from that time mobile screen changed to whitish colour.I register a complient and the number is 0305AP19507. Your customer care executive advised me to go ELURU Service point which is nearer to my city(75 kms). That mobile was kept for 7 days in the center. after one week they told me that i send my mobile to VIJAYAWADA Service center as they have no spares. Again i register a complient on the same number. I visited the VIJAYAWADA Service center which is far away from my native place (150 kms).After examining the phone condition they simply told that the repair of mobile will not cover in the warranty as the mobile have physical damage. I told them the mistake was not done by me. It was happened unfortunately in my pocket. But they rejected my mobile to solve issue. This mistake is just because of very delicate parts delivered by your company. So please clear my issue ASAP as my mobile is in idle condition for one month.
