I have a number of vodafone +91+9327365821.
They sent a message to me about a plan of 499INR where I will get 2000 minutes free and 1.5 GB 3G and there after unlimited internet and 300 messages free.
When I called vodafone that give me this plan since my current plan is of 666INR where it is giving me 1500minutes, 1.5 GB 3G. The executive said it is for customers to port from other operator to Vodafone. I was really shocked to hear that they are giving the plan to outsiders and not giving to already existing customers.
Then I decided to port out my number, the executive then called me up and said that they will give me plan of 499INR and requested me not to port. I said okay.
Later when I confirmed that they have converted my plan, they said it is not yet done and that I will be compensated for that. But today I received a call that they will NOT be giving me the plan.
This is really unprofessional and disgusting as to what Vodafone did.
