I am Ramu and I am facing issue with getting service from Videocon customer service, I have purchased an LED TV ON 1 Year back got an issue with display and logged a case VIJ16080004 to Videocon on 16-AUG-2018 but still now no one cared about my issue and TV is completely dead from 45 days. My contact number aslo blocked by customer care people because of I am continuously calling and following-up with them about my case.
Please hep me in this issue and take a necessary action on them
