Registered complaint about LED 43 inch TV ON 6th June & paid rs 500 as fee for checking tv fault .service engineer closed the complaint by mistake as i was informed by service centre on 20th June. Again made a complaint on 20 th june .service engineer told for replacement of backlight. the tv is still in warrantee under ongoing 5 years warrantee plan. As informed by customer service representative that faulty part has been approved by their admin department on 25th june for replacement with a new one at free cost. After making several calls to the service centre even today the reply remains the same that the part is approved but when will they replace only god knows even after all this while. Still waiting.
