dear sir/madam my self varun mehra n i purchased eon car in oct 2018 n the issue was of FM which was later sort out after mailing on hyundai now i purchased i 20 in august 2019 n same issue of FM m facing again n no one person of this agency is ready to sort out of this matter whenevr i call in agency they said dont worry our service person will come n pick ur car but i think they know only how to sale the car they r not trained that how to give service after that only one person came yesterday at 5.30 pm haha you say this is the right time for this their staff member ms harshina, ms jyoti n mr vikas they every time ready to make excuses n even they didnt pick the call so dear that is my humble req that please sort out my problem n take action on these persons you see my record of purchase n after that how they r dealing with me thx i hope my matter will sort out shortly thx my cell no.9914215026
