USHA producing worst product even local vender is better than USHA

I have bought an air cooler of Rs. 13500 (which was one of the most costliest cooler at @Satyam FX sector 18 Noida)last year in April, and it gone into service 4 times in 4 months. Still it's having issue and I am trying to reach them for service via customer service center, they are just making false commitment and nonsense talking. on 10th of may I talked one customer care guy named Rajat Thakur (as he told me, could be fake) and he was almost ready to fight.
Now every customer people is saying pay the charges then only you will get the service, I am not sure how many times I have to pay for this session because it's not going to be work more than 3 to 4 days after 1 repair.
Now I am mentally harassed what i do now, my most of the time waste into communication of these guy with no result. I am frustrated now.
