twice amount debited for single UPI transection

Mene 01/04/2019 ko Phone pe App ki help se single UPI transection 5220/- ka SBI- BAYAD se AANDHRA BANK- Chittorgarh(RAJ.)-312001 Ko kiya, usi time transection sucessfully ho gya aur SBI se amount 5220/- debit ho kr AANDHRA BANK me credit ho gya , but jab mene mera SBI Ka statement check kiya to dekha ki amount 5220/- two time debit ho gya , dono hei debit transection me Same upi reference no.- 909152958080 show kiya , lekin AANDHRA bank me to 1 bar hei credit hua, iske liye mene SBI - BAYAD branch me with statement xerox, application for debit ke liye account manager ko diya, 3/4/2019 ko lekin abhi tak unhone koi bhi karvahi nhi ki, mene kafi chakkar bank ke lagaye but kuch javab nhi mila, maine SBI Ko mail kiya lekin kuch ni hua, abhi muze mere paise ki jarrot hei, aap help kijiye meri , aap hei kuch kar sakte hei, please. mene mere SBI BANK ka account state ment , PHONE PE ka transetion history, AANDHRA BANK ka screenshot attach kiya hei
