TRANSACTION DROPPED, FUND NOT REFUNDED

I was trying to book a ticket on 19th January 2019 but ticket not booked and amount(Rs.1661.96) is debited from my account.
Still amount not refunded in my account, Kindly see the transaction id details in the attachment, Please do the needful

My case of no refund dates to 2/3 November. Inept staff at the call centre and conniving officials are attempting to tire me out. Please take the names of call centre executives. Will help when you drag these blood suckers to the courts
