It is to inform you that we had a confirmed reservation for three persons which include a 80 years old lady and 65 years handicapped person from Train No. 14218 Uchahar Express in 3 A.C on 01/12/2017 from Chandigarh to Prayag with PNR 213-7640506. This reservation is made on 12/10/2017 costing Rs 1275.
On 01/12/2017 we came to know that the train got cancelled and then we have manage our journey from Chandigarh to New Delhi and then we have to stay there for 3 days with a 80+ old lady and when after 4 days i gave gone to take the refund then I came to know that the refund duration in only 72 hours.
So my complaint is first the duration for offline tickets should be increased and secondly the information of the cancellation of train should be given at least a week or a fortnight before
