Train 02864 Cancelled on 30/11/2013 Tdr filled same date,No Refund yet for 4501388138
1) Train Cancelled - Refund should be automatically like waitlisted candidate.
2) No where is mentioned within 3 months refund will be there..in Mail Communication IRCTC always says this Point. Anyhow 3 months overe where is refund amount ?
3)I am not lacking any rules as railway govt.

I filled the RTI (Indian Railway, Central govt). It was instruction that case should be resolved by 13th Feb 2014..I got the amount on 13th Feb 2014.

So please file RTI , if TDR not Refund over 90 days of filled TDR
