Ticket Booking Problem- frequent transaction failed

When I book my ticket from irctc.co.in with my user ID-rkt261071
every time transaction failed and ticked not booked but amount
deducted from bank.I request you kindly do not charge for failed transaction and avoid frequently failed transaction so that i process
for next time but due to amount deduction it is very difficult to process
further.
My suggestion is to IRCTC pl. stop this nonsense type failure or not
charge for fail transaction from bank.

Just change the browser and see. Otherwise change the bank. Millions use it.

Secondly all charges get reversed on failure. So you don't lose any money.
