I have booked through irctc app e-ticketing system AC Chair Car 2 tickets in train no. 22420 (Suheldev Express) from Sultanpur Junction to Jaunpur Junction DOJ 10.06.2019.(Today) when we reached station then TT informed me that train has not AC Chair Car ever. I asked railway ministry when that train (22420) has no AC chair car then why AC Chair car shows while online ticket booking system by IRCTC app. I mentally and economically harrased by that system. Disaster services ticket and complain attached
