I have booked irctc ticket through paytm. I have filed TDR in paytm as there is no other option except through the medium in which I booked. I was forced file TDR as the train (12431) on date 23 Aug 2019, was diverted and is not touching destination station. My PNR is 4159794921. I filed TDR as soon as I received message from Railway around 16:30 hrs on 23 Aug 2019. The cost of the above ticket is Rs. 4518. As the train was not touching destination, I planned my travel alternatively through air and it cost around Rs. 12,500/-. So totally there is a loss of Rs. 17000/-. Screen shot of TDR Filed successfully, SMS from Railway and Circular from Railway regarding diverted trains attached. IRCTC says TDR not filed in time. Paytms says you have not filed TDR in time. Within 72 hours from time of departure of train, TDR should be filed, which I have filed even before. Now I have not received refund so far. Pls. help
