My name is Kirit Baraiya. On 9th March 2015, I was travelling from vile Parle to Dadar. I was having a valid return ticket which was purchased on 8 march 2015 for a journey from Mumbai Central to Borivali and it was valid till 9 march 2015 midnight for a return journey. After showing the ticket, the TC charged a fine saying that the ticket is not valid & cancelled the ticket with his pen. I was forced to pay a fine of Rs. 260. I confirmed with two other TC's if the fine he charged on me is valid or not. They confirmed that the ticket is valid. Then I asked the first TC to return back the money which he declined. I asked for his name which he refused to reveal.. TC's behaviour was very rude and he was shouting in public place. Please find in the attachment -the ticket and receipt of fine charged. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
