TATA SKY HD is one of the service I m using from 2011..but I have faced a hell lot of issue in last 5 days compare to last 3 year...The customer support team is too arrogant..never keep their promise...when you call them your call will get disconnected when you ask real question...for every small thing they will charge you a lot...you will feel as if they will do incomplete work so that you have to call them again....One of the worst service I hv seen in my life...

Last 5 day summery with TATA SKY HD :... 2 and half days black out...6 time follow up call to fix ... Rs 500 fixing charge..ran well for one day...again black out today morning..3 call to get it fix...ran well for few hour...again black out from 6 p.m.....answer from support the technician will visit in next 24 ho
