yesterday I place 2 order but not delivered any. my 1st order showing refund amount approx 50%, its big fraud to the customer because the delivery man comes to me and delivered food and after 1 min later he again calls me and requests to return food and tack back food from me due to order cancelled.
The Main Issue is that if we are on call with the delivery man and active on chat via swiggy apps and we don't cancel the order so why order auto cancelled and the delivery man returns food.
Its big fraud to the customer, if the same issue with 1000 customers each day in India, in a month how much amount collect company without doing anything or without delivered(false delivery)
