Sugar Payment not received

We have given our Sugarcane to Shambhu Mahadev Sugar & Allied industries Ltd., Tal-Kalamb Dsit. Beed. We have given our Sugarcane in the month of Nov-17 but still we have not received any payment. Plz find below details;-
