Hi Team,
I am Varun Grover from Delhi & I have been cheated by TATA SKY team. We installed TATA SKY at our home in March'15 & purchased 3 connections. The representative that came to our house Ankit (phone no.: 9643312021) promised that if we pay 11 month fee in one go our 12th month subscription will be free.
However, this was a total lie as our connection started showing notification for due payment in Jan'16. Ideally, we should have got our subscription till feb or march 2016.
Ankit never answer my phone calls so I called him from different number & he said he will call me back but never returned my call. I felt cheated by TATA SKY people & I would never recommend TATA SKY to anybody.
I am also planning to remove my connection & go for other options. This is my request to all of you please do not fall prey to their false promises.
Before you buy their connection they will say yes to everything & after that it's completely opposite. I have already lost approx Rs. 1000.
