Snapdeal - Worst Service - Product not yet delivered

Worst service from ‪Snapdeal‬....I had ordered product on 12th October and they have not delivered product till date. Every time when I call on their customer care, these guys are just making false statement and there has been no productive help. I should say to avoid purchasing from Snapdeal site....Following statement has been made by Snapdeal customer care in email -

"however it has been delayed by the courier service due to reasons beyond our control."

I have one question if you don't have control on your supporting departments then why are you running this service?

Hi guys,I always use the snapdeal to purchase the quality product.For me i get order correct time and quality is also good.I prefer only snapdeal site to purchase the product;)
