Snapdeal:Cancel a Product on 28th Oct 2015 and still i am waiting for the Refund

Hi,

I purchase a "Orison Blue Jeans For Kids" from snapdeal on 28th Oct 2015.
unknowingly i have mentioned a wrong address so when i got the call from the pick-up boy i told to cancel that.

Even in the status it's showing as cancelled but refund is not made though it's more than 3 months.

From my brother account (Sharat Kumar Jena) ,i purchase a TV on 22nd Dec 2015.
and on 23rd i cancelled the product

The payment was made through credit card EMI option with 12% interest rate.
and my billing cycle was on 10th of Jan.

That means if i got the refund before 10th Jan then i dont need to pay EMI and even no need to pay the interest as well.

But even after following-up more than 50 times they are not refunding my amount.
So now i am giving EMI and also 2nd EMI date is on 10th Feb.
