I registered a service complaint No RNA151206093868 on 6.12.2015 for my Front Loading Fully Autpmatic Washing Machine. Model(2006) WD 10165. Service personnel Mr Pankaj of Prime Services visited my premises on 8.12.2015 and took away the Front Panel for repair. Since that day, there has been no update from LG/ Service Centre on their own. I have been personally contacting LG Customer care and Service Centre every two-three days, but no clear reply to my query as to specific date by which repair will be completed, had been received. You are requested to intervene personally to ensure early action and specific reply to me immediately, as 18 days have already passed.
