Don't buy these samsung AC , this is worst ... Samsung has worst customer service. So people if you don't want to regret don't buy samsung products...
At the time of this hot weather I am facing too much problems with SAmsung AC .Customer care is misguiding us from last 4 weeks to repair my AC. Your local dealer don't even have manners to talk to the customer, he is saying what ever you want to do just do it I will not do it.
Our AC has gas leakage and your rude people just misguiding us and giving time to come everyday and no body is turning up.
I am so dissatisfied with the customer service.
