It is not only to share my experience but want others to beware of so called registered samsung service centre mysore devaraj urs road
I went their with my galaxy tab 2 which was not opening after switch off
1.first fraud was they collecting 112 rs service charge even before knowing the problem and it is non refundable
2. I gave my galaxy tab and they told u have to pay service charge even before knowing the problem and next they told if the repaired worth less than 500rs they wont call us for whether to repair or not if it cost more than 500rs they will call us for confirming the service to do or not
After 2 days I got a call and told ur motherboard is not working and for replace it will cost 7000rs I immedietly rejected it and I got my tab and gave it to local shop whithin a hour I got my tab repaired and the charge was 400rs
I did not went to the centre to quarrel with because my problem will be solved but these predators looking for other pray
Look for soln not for individual but for all
