I had purchased samsung s4 mobile from canada on21st july,2013 and the same i am using in india, due to some how the display of the said mobile is not working from the last 2 months and i had shown this to the authorised dealer for the repair or replacement of the display but not getting satisfactory response from their side from the last 1 month, and even they are not in a position to replace the display and not responding me properly, my mobile is lying at HCL service centre, okhla vide they had issued the bill no. 4177921134 dt. 19.07.2014 and assure me that your mobile will be repaired with in a day or two, but one week had passed and not getting any response, even I am not claiming any warranty, so I would like to request you to kindly help and get my mobile repair or replace from the samsung and oblige.
