I purchased Samsung M31 on May 12th 2020 from Amazon. It was working all fine then one day it suddenly went off and the phone was never the same since then. It was stuck in restart loop and today as of 25th September 2020 it's shut down and not turning on. Such pathetic product from Samsung.
