Samsung doesnot want to honour its own warranties


This is in Reference to our Samsung Split AC under Smart Warranty.

We were given Service Request #4290181941 and others.

We have been pursing about Repairs to our Air Conditioner for over a month and SAMSUNG is unable or unwilling to Replace our AC which has been giving Constant problems for past 3 and half years.

Instead we were offered 40 percent of Invoice Value as Compensation or 50 % worth or Coupons for Invoice Value of Rs 45000/=. For supplying us defective AC

A meagre Compensation of Rs 18000/= Which is less than third of Invoice value for Amount Paid for AC i.e Rs 45000/= We further Paid Rs 12,954/= for 5 years Service Warranty and amount of Rs 1900 as Installation Charges. for defective AC which Samsung is bound by Warranty Conditions of 10 years on Compressor ( which is most likely cause for breakdown) and 5 years on Condensor and all other repairs as per Service warranty Conditions is not acceptable to us.

Since SAMSUNG is unwilling to repair or replace the AC, We would therefore have to dismantle the AC immediately as it is not possible to suffer in the heat anymore,

Since SAMSUNG has refused to abide by warranty conditions as agreed in there warranty card and Extended Warranty conditions , We will be forced to take legal action at appropriate forums for loss and inconviniance suffered by us., which would entirely be at Cost of Samsung.

We further would be free to use all Call recordings of Samsung Service team ans Service head which acknowledges Samsung has lot of complains for this particular product.
