I am mani from bangalore I was recurit by manpower consultancy for accenture company ..One month only i worked in accenture apr 2015. then i left job becoz till 10th date may they didnt give salary. after that they give cheque 17700 rs but it was returned due to name print wrongly in cheque. then i conduct them to issue the new cheque . they said they cannt provide new cheque becoz u left job with out knowing us but i did send mail i cannot go office without getting salary till now no reply from manpower consultancy. how can face legally? this issue is there any mistake from my side i have all proof of offer letter,first month salary cheque returned by bank,attendance report. i dont want salary i want proof that even employee have also power than employer.
pls any legal experts help me...
