Roozgaar.com big fraud comapny

Roozgaar.com is biggest fraud company. I have registered in roozgaar and paid 2000 rs. as registration charges. I have not get single job offer, when i contact them to back my money then they told me that they would not refund my money because this registration charges. I have recorded all the calls from the beginning while talking executives of roozgaar. I am thinking legal action against this fraud company. Can anyone suggest me how to proceed this case.
