My Reliance subscriber ID is 318811406965. Reliance broadband connection has been installed at my resident on 10.10.14 and during the period of merely 15 days the connection has been disconnected for more than 5 times. It remained closed on 12.10.14, 17.10.14, 18.10.14, 19.10.14, 22.10.14 and 23.10.14. Every time it takes more than 24 hours to resolve the complaint. The company does not give any commitment time to resolve the problem. Neither the company resolves the disconnection problem permanently for provided any waiver as it is asked that connection did not remain down for the continuously more than 72 hours. The connection is still down and nothing has been done by the company.
