The wired broadband connection is down from last 4 days.
I have registred complaint 3 days ago and when i call customer care each time they say it would be resolved by tomorrow morning.
This is really really pathetic service.Reliance sucks very bad.
As we are 4 people using Broadband connection for work ,its impacting our business and work.
There is no way to escalate issue.
very bad customer service, 'm regretting that i went for reliance broadband.
I am waiting today till 12 pm , then i am registerting compliant i nconsumer court,
