i have a reliance broadband connection with id:275444340715 as reliance was unable to provide me internet for more than 2 months i have placed for termination of service which was terminated on 24/7/2013 after several requests.now the final settilment bill which they have sent me was Rs:-2836.18 my ( Billing Account No. : 100000109018738 CAN No : 10010844663) as i was in a 6months advance rental plan after termination reliance was supposed to refund me an amount of Rs:2836.18 even after several complants to their customer care i did not recive any money and all of the sudden they have shown an 0(ZERO) amount in the month of september stating that no amount had to be refunded,and no one from reliance broadband is ready to esclerate my problem and
.i have also attached the copy of bill which i have got from reliance[attachment=115]
