On 09/11/2018 i purchased car insurance from policybazar.com by paying 4925Rs. and I got call from Reliance general insurance agent saying that he will come for inspection on 09/11/2018 that they he didn't came i called him several time but his answer is i will be there within half .Again next day also he didn't came. When i called customer care of policybazar.com their answer is you need to coordinate with reliance general insurance and when reliance their answer is need to coordinate with policybazar. I really fedup with this fraud company.
