i'm use your service for past 7 months and facing connectivity almost every month.
i get no connectivity almost 15 days in a month, now i'm fad up to calling customer care and note down the complaint id,
they never arrange a visit of technical team to resolve connectivity problem and not even provide waiver for not working duration of broadband
