My complaint is against reliance big tv , i did booking on 11th march18 and now more then 10months over , but i did't get any connection.
i am calling to customer care and they says that the mobile number and email id is not in there system, even till june it was there i was regular getting updates for connection with the same mobile number and email id and now they says that the number and email id are not correct.
i have payment reference number also by which i have done payment of 499rs. on 11th march
Please suggest me what to do with this fraud.
