regarding wrong neft transffered to wring account

On 23rd January 2017 we transfer the amount of rupees fourty five thousand five hundred only via neft from yes bank ashok vihar branch from savings account number 032890100004253. We transfers the amount wrongly to other account i.e wrong hdfc account number
we immediatelty contact the yes bank to overcome the problem
kindly help us to reverse our money to our account

bank is helpless. You contact the recipient first talk politely otherwise make a call from Police Station threatening them. Finally send them a legal notice. That's all you can do.
