I , Jagdish Saran Gupta, bought a refrigerator(345 L) from Air Force Canteen Sector-21, Noida, UP-201301 through Invoice No. VE/18-19/2538 dated 15.10.2018. I am residing W-41, SECTOR-12, 2nd floor, Noida, however, the delivery men refused to deliver the refrigerator on 2nd floor and delivered on ground floor on today morning 16.10.2018 at 8.00 am, but at the time of purchasing the product I had clearly mentioned that I am residing on 2nd floor. They charged me Rs.400/- for delivery at destination .
How can I manage and carry such heavy refrigerator to second floor being an old man?
