IRCTC has incorrectly deducted the amount through Paytm but the ticket wasn't booked. Been trying for a refund . The call centres are putting on hold and then dropping the call. Emails are being responded by standardized copy paste replies out of context. Only fresh ticket I'd is allotted. IRCTC needs to attend to the grievance of refunds in a prompt manner. They are sitting on someone else's hard earned money.
