Refund promised against defective 32" LED TV in warranty period

I have lodged a complaint in Samsung customer care regarding dead lines appearing in My new LED TV on 19.09.12. They have inspected TV and they promised me that they will replace the display of the TV. After 15 days they replied that they will refund the TV cost since the display panel not available in Samsung. But still my amount is not refunded by Samsung. I have contacted so many times to their service center and customer care. They have not responding properly and i didn't get any resolution on my problem. Samsung having worst consumer service here and they are not selling good products in India. I really fed up with keep on calling them and mailing them. My complaint no in Samsung customer care is 8434832637. Can I have any solution on my problem??

No company in the world will give you refund easily even if they want to give it in 1 second.

I am not asking refund within 1 sec...1 day...10 day... a month...
It is almost over 70days.......
