I had booked BDTS(Bandra Terminus) - Surat intercity express 3 tickets ( 2 senior passengers, 1 normal) total 210/- plus internet charges 11.24 for 24 Feb 2014.
Initial status was WL 35, 36, 37. On the date of journey 24th Feb our tickets were not confirmed and we had to travel by general and we bought 3 tickets for general compartments.
It was expected to refund full amount 210/- by IRCTC but IRCTC refunded only 120/- at my account.
Why they not refunded full amount ?
What to do now? Should I file TDR ?
