Dear sir,
i have booked an air ticket for my daughter on dated 19/03/2020 and flight schedule is 23/03/2020. however the flight has been cancelled and i am still waiting for my refund. the sight is saying to utilize the same through credit shell.
But The credit shell is showing that the ticket has been paid however no amount has been debited in my account
nor i am getting another option for booking my ticket and utilizing the option credit shell
please do the needful at earliest.
