I had booked Ubislate7+ ID PM94C0744F02 for which I had paid vide Draft No. 527939 of Rs. 3198/- dated 26/3/2012. I upgraded the order as offered by company email dated 29 Nov. 2012 offering the islate7Ci and pay Rs. 500/- COD. vide booking ID PM66B58. The company executive informed me telephonically that their courier does not allow COD in my region (Raigarh, Chhattisgarh) so I had requested a refund of the money. AS PER THE COMPANY POLICY THE COULD DO THE NECESSARY DEDUCTIONS AND SEND ME THE BALANCE. On 08 Oct I was informed vide their email that I will receive it in 2 weeks I had immediately also furnished all the details which I was asked to give i.e. Bank details for online transfer. BUT TILL TODAY AT THE TIME OF WRITTING HIS COMPLAINT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFIND. WILL I EVER GET MY MONEY BACK. THEY HAVE STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS ALSO.
