i book ticket from Travo look agent through Go air Airline on 19-April my booking Ref No of Airline - UCC2GA
and my Agent Travo look Ref No - 935717114
flight from delhi to pune
Travel Date - 28 April after cancel from Airline they re schedule me on next days 29-April same flight same time.
flight cancelled from Airline
but till now 38 days completed but airline and travo look didnt refund my money as Go Air Airline saying that they had done the payment on 14-May to Travo look and travo look saying that they didnt received.
so please request you to raise this fraud and do some action.
