I have booked my ticket with PNR 6740177585 from DDU to KJM of 21 Apr 2020, but unfortunately irctc cancelled my ticket on 22/03/2020. This ticket transaction made by my IDBI Bank account. Now my bank account has been closed permanently in the first week of March 2020.
Now my refund amount will not go to my closed account and in irctc refund history is showing "Money refunded" on 25/03/2020.
I called idbi bank they told 'money can't be credited in closed account' that will be reverted back to merchant.
Then i called to irctc and sent mail also regarding this matter but no response came.
Sir i want my refund amount in my another account which I am giving to you.
