Reduction of balance without confirmation

Dear Sir,

i have an airtel dth connection 1+1 customer id 3005686642,
i had recharged it on 4.9.2013 with the sum of 2110/- for a period of six months.few days back my connection was disconnected ,reason bieng told that my account was short of balance.when contacted to the customer care , they informed me that i had activated lots of top ups from an unknown number, few day back on 24th oct they had deducted rs 60/- as suspension fees which when complained was reversed to my account and the service was retrieved again. on that day my balance was around rs 700/-. On 11.11.2013 my service was again suspended, this time the reason was that my account was out of balance. i again complained about this and was assured to get my money back to my account,but now they are not doing the same. So kinindly look into the matter and see to it that these thieves who keeps stealing money from customer account is stopped.
